These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talksy mobile application and related web services operated by Gulab Singh (Shriram Associates).
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Talksy. Harassment, nudity, hate speech, spam, and non-consensual sharing of content are strictly prohibited and result in immediate permanent account termination.
Talksy provides virtual coins that can be purchased within the app to unlock matchmaking minutes and direct features. Virtual coins have no monetary value outside of the Talksy application and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
All purchases are processed securely via certified payment gateways (Razorpay). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes.
